わさび…セリ…クレソン

同じく長沢雑木林ツアーから。森の沢筋に、わさびの群落を発見。さらにセリとクレソンの群落も。さっそくゲットし、わさびは茎と葉を甘酢漬けに、セリは天ぷら、クレソンはサラダでたっぷり食するのだった。豊かだなあ。実にウマシ。SMC PENTAX FA43mm F1.9 Limited
